Concrete 5 - Password Reset - email not received

My current password, that i chose, was not working. i submitted my email multiple times over the last 24 hours for Concrete 5 to reset my password and send me the new one.
i have not received the email. i'm not sure what to do. i cannot login now to edit my website and i do not see any customer service to contact to resolve this issue. i really need to get into my website.
any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks! I was able to see the reset link in the database. Do you know why the email wasn't being sent properly though?
That, I'm not sure, as I've never ran across it myself and researched it. Although, I do see plenty of threads in the forum about it. Do a search and you should find some good info!
Was your email address verified? If not, that could had have been the problem.
when you can access your dashboard again, look in the logs it will tell you if emails were sent properly or not and what might be the error
