Concrete 5.6.3.2: Removing unnecessary languages from c5 install to decrease size

Hi,

In addition to the recommendations in the following post, is it ok to delete unnecessary languages/* for e.g. language/cs_CZ to decrease install size.

Makes backup, uploads faster and easier.

it says
"And keep 2 xml files for every language/country you are using, e.g. for French keep fr.xml and fr_FR.xml. Rest of the files...you remove them."

I am not sure which 2 files to keep. I have Default language: English (United States) under multilingual setup in Dashboard > System & Settings > Languages
