Concrete running but I want to change hosting provider

I am unhappy with the hosting provider I am with and I wish to change to a different provider.
I want to take my concrete website with my and am aware that its not quite as simple a copying and pasting the files through FTP.
Could anyone help me with this?

I know this is an older post, but the link that was provided by Mnkras is no longer available.
Here is a link to a walk through article I did on migrating your site. If your host uses cPanel, it should work:
