Concrete5 forum error

Hi
There I can see errors in C5 forum. I'm in Firefox & get the below error on firebug
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found -http://www.concrete5.org/blocks/page_list/view.css?v=91224562ec1320...

This error exists for many days. I was thinking that this might fixed but not yet. So I thought to put it here.

I've seen this on sites when I don't have a view.css in the custom template's folder. Not sure if/when/why C5 insists that a view.css must exist.
