Concrete5 logo using conditions

Hi there,
My website is almost done (!) and I'm with the last details.

My theme comes with a link to Concrete5.org, which I'm quite happy to keep. If I change the text and I use the official logo (the hand) instead of boring text, am I breaking any law?
