Concrete5 with Lucene/Solr?

Hi guys,
I am totally new to Concrete5.
I am looking over the market for a good CMS platform, and C5 seems to be an ideal choice.
There is a feature in my project that need integration wih Lucene or Solr. Checking thru the old threads, it seems like once, Lucene integration was exist in C5, but not in the current version?
Can someone help to confirm this please?

solr. The truth is our built in search block is very much a lowest
common denominator tool as it has to search a wide variety of data.
You can extend/customize it in any way you see fit.
