Confirm Remove Theme Dialog

Hi All,

I accidentally nuked my theme this afternoon with one mistaken click. Poof, it was gone. I managed to recover it but it was really easy to nuke--too easy. So as a request t the C5 Team, a confirmation dialog box would help prevent user caused disaster.

It is pretty easy to do accidentally - and since it does try and move your theme files to files/trash/ if you accidentally do it then you have to go to your filesystem to retrieve the theme..
