How to disable text in "header" and "footer" in Contact Form?
Text is:

"HEADER"

I've attached a file that you can use to override the default email template. To use it, unzip the file and place it within the mail folder of your website root, i.e. /mail/block_form_submission.php

You'll need to edit lines 17 and 20 to say what you want to use as the notification header and footer, but that should be easy. The neat thing about it is that it tidies the form data up into an HTML table that looks a lot prettier than the standard style of notification.
