We've recently launched ServerPilot, a hosting control panel that's built for developers running websites on their own servers (e.g. DigitalOcean, Rackspace, EC2, Linode).

In the future, we may tweak our installer to make sure that the "unzip" package is always installed so that the installation of concrete5 can be made a little bit simpler.
