convert text file to html?

Simple question.

When I add file to link (txt document) the link will display two options: open with or safe file. I would like to have this document as a html file. How do I do it?

Thank you.

So right now it looks like a spreadsheet. Have you tried the CSV Display block from Smart Web Projects? Its free and can do the job. Html will display as a page rather than a download.

Steve,
I'm not sure if I was clear. I have race results to post on a club website that are text documents. I'd like members to be able to look at them on the website without downloading anything. An example of this can be seen athttp://myweb.cableone.net/searl/RacesCombine/2010%20YB/2010%20YB%20...

The way my site is set up now we have to download. I'd like to avoid that.
Thanks,
Dusan
