Copyright with C5?

Hi People,

Just a quick question really.

We are a web development company that would like to use C5 as a web management tool. But can all C5 logos and copyright symbols be replaced with our corporate identity?

Also can the web designs of the front and back end of the C5 be fully customized using just pure standard CSS or does it require PHP scripting?

I hope you can answer my questions

Regards

M
