Custom Member/profile Page

I am wondering I am needing a more complex member/profile page that users can use.

I am wanting to create some sort of ticket where they can send it to me.

Also I am needing a tutorial page.

Any change I can use my own template and not the default white one. (something about a view.php file??)

One way is to copy the files member/profile pages under:
concrete/single_pages
concrete/controllers
to your:
/single_pages
/controllers
and customize them.
