Dashboard appears and no one is logged in

The dashboard appears on a customer's site even when no one is logged in.

I submitted it as a bug, but if anyone has experience with this problem, please comment.

The customer is using version 5.3.0.

no but this can happen when you override the permissions.. did you the check dashboard page permissions?

That was the problem.

All the permissions were set so that Guests could see the edit bar.

just to clarify this for other users. The Concrete5 dashboard isn't accessible to "guests" by default!

It only is if you override the default page permissions.
