Dashboard Lost

I accidentally threw the dashboard page away on the sitemap and now I am stuck in a loop and can't get back to zero. How do I start over?

there really should be some protection against this,

try going in your mysql db and adding this entry to it

thanks mnkras, so I go into the C5 folder, found the mysql doc, when I open it in GoLive the only thing there is a ?php? button. Do I just paste over the code line you gave me? Then what? Thanks again!
