Dealer-Locator - Search Result URL

I am currently building a page at:
http://www.stagbakeries.co.uk/newsite/index.php/our-stockists/...
The HTML5 map has a link to specific regions.
I would like to link the areas to a search result from the postcode form or to a category ie. south west.
When I make a search ie using GL50, obtain the URL for the search result and link it to the map, it doesn't work.
Can anyone help. I really need to resolve this soon as I have a tight deadline.
