Is there a way (which I've missed) to completely delete my Concrete5 account?

As far as I can tell, I need to find a thread they posted on, click on their profile and then click 'send message'.
Am I missing a simpler process? Somehow the 'private message' under my profile only shows inbox and sent message, no action buttons.
