Deleted sample content still shows up in search results

Although I have overwritten it, the following sample content still shows up in all of my search results:

"Sidebar Everything about concrete5 is completely customizable through the CMS. This is a separate area from the main content on the homepage. You can drag and drop blocks like this around you..."

Could someone please point me to the right method of removing these "phantom" search results? I've seen other related threads where people have had this problem but found the answer themselves without posting the solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Log into the dashboard, go to "System & Settings", click "Automated Jobs" under the "Optimization" heading and click the arrow to the left of "Index Search Engine".

Note, you may need to repeat the process several times if you're site is large. It can only process 200 pages at a time.

Thanks so much! Your note about running this multiple times was key for me. I'd tried it once with no luck but your answer made sense and with another run-through the problem is fixed. I really appreciate the fast help.
