So I am working with a media firm that is trying to convince a large financial services company that hates their current CMS to go with Concrete5. I have convinced them of C5's superior usability as well as other benefits but they are still hesitant because they have concerns about the size of the pool of developers. Essentially, down the road they want to know that they have the option when they need work done to tap into a pool of developers. Obviously, I told them that they would have access to the core team for maintenance and for hire on individual projects, but they want more. So the purpose of this discussion is to invite any C5 developers who may be interested in being in the pool to let me know. You can either let me know through the forum or via private message. The firm is in NYC and they would probably prefer NYC/Boston area developers but really the bottom line is understanding C5 from a developer's pov.
