Does cache work for logged in users?

hi there
Anyone have any idea if the cache works for logged in users?
Specifically the block cache & full page cache.
I have FP cache enabled - and when you're not logged in it's very fast (http://www.campdenbaptist.org.uk ) but when you're logged in its a slug at 10 seconds a page render.
Any ideas? :)
