Download add-on been removed?

HI guys

Just a quick one. I noticed you have updated the profile page and it no longer has the download add-on page.

I take it this is a feature you are getting rid of?

I just noticed that this morning as well. I can't seem to find any of the add-ons that I purchased. I'd like to have access to them so I can download as a backup.

Where did they disappear to?

You can still access them through a website only if you assign the add-on to that site. Once you download it through the site you can then copy it over through FTP.

C5 are probably doing it this way to protect developers so users purchase multiple copies... which I am all in favour for... but a heads up would have been good so we could have made sure we had a backup.

What mnkras said: you have to go into "edit" to see the link, which obviously isn't very intuitive. We're going to be tweaking this menu this week based on this feedback.

Thanks. I think thats what as confusing. Would not think to click edit to view downloads.

A link on the main profile page to 'view licences' or 'view downloads' would be great.
