Downloaded from marketplace, manual install help needed

Hi guys,
I downloaded a few things from the marketplace to add-on to concrete5. Thing is, I had to download them as zips. I then followed the instructions on how to install them, and thus uploaded them to the /packages folder in my concrete5 directory.
Now what? I still can't add them as blocks.
Appreciate the help.
