editing a theme page

how do I erase / change the "MY SITE"
to the name I want?

I'm very new at this, so give me simple and complete instructions. thanks

1)Log in to your site
2)Go to Dashboard
3)Select "Scrapbook" from tabs on the left
4)Choose the link for "Global" to see Content: "My_Site_Name"
5)Select edit
6)Enter the new site name & update
