email forwarding

I have a form on my website for potential costomers to fill out that is supposed to be emailed to me. I have my email address filled in on the 'options page under 'recipiants email', the emails are getting to the Concrete 5 'form results' but they are not being forwarded to me.

does your site send mail at all, or is perhaps mail misconfigured?

if you request a password reset, do you get the message?

do you see the messages in your reports logs in the dashboard?

have you checked your spam folder?

does the domain your site is running on perhaps have MX records pointing elsewhere? We've had cases in the past where a site thought it was the mailserver for domain.com but really the MX record pointed elsewhere so it was able to send mail to AnyotherDomian.com but not itself.

When I requested a password reset I did get the message from Concrete5.

I do see the messages in the reports log.

It's not in my spam folder.

I have the MX pointed to mydomain.net and on the form under 'options' I have me@mydomain.net under 'recipients email'

I've tried both 'Default PHP Mail Function' and 'External SMTP Server'.

I am clearly missing something, I just don't know what it is.

Thanks.

what version of concrete5 are you using?

I'm not sure where to find that info. I built the site in April and have not updated it if there have been updates available.
