Is there a way to get an email notification when there is an update to C5?

I manage several sites, but don't always go to the dashboard to do stuff, and even then I may not notice the "new concrete5 update available" text.

I'd love to get an email that says "hey man, update your c5 site!!". Especially if it's a security or critical update.

If this option already exists, I apologize for asking and just didn't see it.
