Email Password Change Error

Hi All!

I am in need of changing the password for my admin account. When I enter my email address, I get this message:

We have no record of that email address.

How can I tell C5 to include my email in its record?

Yeah, I was aware of that and have used it before. I had never gotten this error before, so I was just curious. Thanks John.
