I've been doing this for a long, long time... and when things start small things like logo, tag lines, corporate colors are simple an easy - it's when you get big that things become and issue...

Has it been brought up that the logo - the hand with a C - is very similar to the 2nd life logo - hand with an eye [http://secondlife.com/ ] - and that a good corporate lawyer could say the their could be brand ambiguity / confusion?

I've been on the receiving end of these lawsuits and trust me when I tell you just defending these for a short term gets costly...
