Error 28 when moving site

I just moved a site over to my client's new server and I get the following error:
mysqlt error: [1: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_1b62_0.MYI' (Errcode: 28)] in EXECUTE("SHOW COLUMNS FROM `btBootstrapCarousel`")
Anyone have any suggestions? I've changed the permissions on the /tmp directory with the same results.
