error in backing up DB from dashboard

any easy way to increase the amount of time before expiring on a backup. I am receiving this error every time I try to backup the db.


Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/dreamsp5/public_html/dadeservice.net/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete/core/libraries/backup.php on line 143

You can do one or more of:

- slim down your database using the cleanup job or my Extreme Clean addon - a bit of a chicken and egg if you have not backed up first.http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/extreme-clean/...
