error log showing up in Google search results

Noticed when searching in Google that the file "error_log" is being treated like a page and is showing up in the results. (Screenshot attached.)
It links to here:
/updates/concrete5.4.2.2/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Cache/Backend/error_log
How can I prevent this?
