ERROR MESSAGE: Please Help

Not sure if this is an error in your slideshow add-on but here it is and I can view or access my site.
An unexpected error occurred.

JBX thanks for you reply and help.
It is a shared host not dedicated. BUt I went into cpanel and there is space on the server and even deleted some items to allow more space. Still problem appears. Can you suggest how to get up and running again.

its the tmp folder, ask your host
Is this a dedicated server or a shared hosting setup?
