Error Refreshing Schema

Hi,
When I go into Sitewide settings > Debug and try and refresh the core database tables and blocks I get the following error:
The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
* No block found with the handle tags found.
All looks OK in the database Blocktype table.
Seems a bit weird to me, has anyone seen this before?
