Error when admin tries to view sitemap page

Set up a website for a client & the CSS wouldn't load when I tried using 5.4.0.5 so I downgraded to 5.3 & the site looks fine. My only problem is that the sitemap page now throws up this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ConcreteDashboardSitemapHelper::outputRequestHTML() in /home/cimepr/public_html/concrete/single_pages/dashboard/sitemap/full.php on line 19

Any help greatly appreciated

You must not have completely downgraded, as single_pages/dashboard/sitemap/full.php doesn't exist in concrete 5.3.3.1

How can I downgrade fully. Is it as simple as removing the page type or do I need to run a script or something?
