Error when trying to replace images in a slideshow

Hi all,
A client of mine got this error when trying to replace images in a slideshow. I tried doing the same thing but got nothing. Does anyone have an idea what this error might be and how i can fix it?

Is your client still seeing this error or was it isolated? And on that note were you editing any site files via ftp around the same time?
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the feedback. I have asked my client to use a different pc and it is working fine.
He was using Its ie7 running vista ultimate.
He is going to upgrade it to windows 7.
Anyway thanks for the help.
