exporting form data to excel incomplete

HI,
After filling out form on website, I go into the dashboard/forms and export it to exel, the fields are not exporting properly, not all fields are shown as being checked when they were checked on the form, Looks like all fields come through to excel but they are not checked as they were when the form was filled out. My form has not changed, what else could cause this?
