External Forms Reporting

I just wanted to throw this out there to see if it stuck.
I believe the Form Results section is too closely tied to the form block. External forms and other blocks should be able to use it as well. It seems like there should be a slick API and the form results should get its own table.
Thoughts?

i agree, i think the form block also has to be re-thought from scratch, i know its a pain, but it should be.

Yes I agree with this sentiment. I like the flexibility of the External Form block, but I'm shying away from it because I really like the reporting of the regular form block. Also, the Form block should be re-designed as a set of divs, rather than a table.
Any movement on this?
Current system has warts on it, particularly as meaningful documentation is sparse.
