Fatal error after update concrete to 5.6.2.1

i updated concrete through dashboard to 5.6.2.1.
the website seemed to be fine, but when i set to edit mode
and tried to add a new block, a fatal error and warnings showed up
about addons that i had never installed. in the dashboard i see the addons but i never installed them. when i tried to edit them in order to remove them it wasnt possible.
