I just changed hosts and tried to make sure I uploaded all the files properly to cpanel. However, when I go to my website, it just appears as a white page with the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type CollectionVersion as array in /home/spring85/public_html/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Cache/Backend/File.php on line 676

When I refresh the page multiple times, the page starts to populate with pictures and text in the right places, and occasionally reverts to the white error page.

Any ideas?
