First, I have been working with C5 for a couple years now. Mostly freelancing for a designer buddy (a couple independent projects). It definitely has become my go to CMS for websites. Love it.

I would love it if there would be some indication in full site map that marked pages that are excluded from nav, pagelist, etc.

I don't think this is crucial or anything close. But I recently started managing a site (my 8-5 found out I do web dev and had me redo and manage the company site). I have multiple pages that are, for lack of a better term, hidden. When browsing through that show full sitemap I keep wishing there would be something to show that.
