File Manager Permisiions

Hello, I have created a user group that will be uploading files to the file manager.
In system/ settings under file manager permissions i cant see the option to only allow this group to view their own files (ones that they have uploaded).

At the moment they can view all files. Can some one please advise where I ca set this..?

This sounds like a job for Advanced Permissions.
