FileZilla - Target File already exsits

Hi I keep getting this message when using filezilla: Target File already exists. Does this happen to anybody else? Sometimes once all my files are uploaded my site doesn't even work (get error messages) when testing out url....

Do I click overwrite, skip or any other of check boxes?

Anybody out there had the same issue?

Would really appreciate any help ;-)

Are you uploading the entire site via FTP?

My suggestion would be to zip up your site, upload the zip in one go (faster, easier), then unzip it on the server within something like cPanel.

Thank you very much! Yes I have been uploading entire site FTP. Zipped folder makes sense, I was also looking for a quicker way to uploading
