followup on install of concrete5 on my linux server, but need info on loading via Plesk w0 as best option

Hi guys,
thanks for all the help so far, am just getting organized for my buy to install concrete5 for me as multi-user.
But need to add another wrinkle here so thought I would start a new thread.
now i was on phone with my ded. server guys at hostway
My hostway guys do not know contrete5, but are great on linux and plesk and they say going in by root after cracks the plesk after the install, so better to go via plesk for install. they are really not excited about loading concrete5 into the root of my server.
they are more easy feeling about uploading via Parallels Plesk 10 panel so that there are not conflicts create between what would be permission at root and what is already permission now or could be permission with new concrete5 install.
just wondering if anyone has thoughts on how exactly i should proceed with the simlinkage multi-user installed already suggested and maybe doing it through Plesk 10 for safety.
