Can anyone help with the following.

Several months ago I set up a site within a testing area, the customer has now approved and I have successfully moved the site into their domain and all is working well.

Originally I set the site up with two Users, myself and that of my customer. I can access the site using their credentials, however I have embarrisingly forgotten my password (something I have never done before). I had set myself up as 'Admin' and had more rights than that of my customer.

What is the best way to get out of this situation, in addition I would have used one of two email addresses, so unsure what the implications of using the 'Forgot Password' option would have.
So the question is how do I reset the Admin password safely?
