form list of pages that redirect to page

Hi All,
I am trying to create a different type of search. Instead of having a search box, I want to pull through a select box containing a list of pages under a certain parent id. When the user selects the page I would like them to be redirected to that page.
I know c5 has certain models to assist. Any direction appreciated.
