Form submission email

Does anyone know where I can customize the email that is sent when someone submits a form? I've checked the DB and form block already... did I overlook it?
You can customize the form and guestbook with the files located at: /concrete/mail/
I've edited this file, but I'm still getting the old text from before I edited it. Any other help?
copy the file in there to the root folder aka /concrete/mail to /mail and edit it, it should be immediate, make sure it was the right 1
