Formidable column layout

When creating 2 or more columns in one row using Formidable, I would like to adjust the width of each column - i.e.. when one column requires more space for more text or input.
I would also like to adjust the width of the static label/name, as some of my labels are long and run on 2 or 3 lines. Any ideas?
