Forms all missing after 5.4.0.5 update

After my update to the latest version, every single one of the forms on my site have disappeared. I can still see and edit the block but as soon as I publish the form disappears.

For instance, there should be a form on this page:

http://virtualbackoffice.co.uk/contact/...

Any help please?

the form exists, but has an inline style "display:none", but i can't figure out how it's produced. when i remove it i can see the form.

Where is the code that generates the form? Perhaps it is there? I'm a bit at a loss to know how to fix this as I can see the form in the html as well but I certainly haven't inserted the display:none in...

Ok scrub that - I found the offending code and removed it. It looks like it wasn't a problem with the upgrade at all... This is what happens when you leave a project for two months having only just learnt the system!
