Forum Notifications Never Arriving

I've clicked monitor post on several forum topics but have never received any notifications about replies. I've checked spam folders etc., but just no sign of them being mailed to me. Are the notifications by mail or to the account only? Anyone else have this issue?

Your email was blocked due to some bounces back in 2012, but I removed that block so you should start getting emails now!
