Free Add-ons Popularity Contest

Guys,
I'm going to attend an open source event this weekend, and give a lecture for concrete5 beginners.
This time, I'm planning to introduce a couple free add-ons.
I was going to pick ones by myself... but I want to share here who like what.
Please drop me a comment which free add-on you like and why.
I'll feature on the lecture, and I'm thinking about posting this on Ustream and feature on concrete5 Japan official site.
One person can comment about multiple add-ons. Or even if other people already mention about the particular add-on, I still want to know your own opinion.
Thanks!

Whoah! How long has that been around? That looks pretty sweet--minification of CSS and JavaScript.
My favorite add ons would be tnSpacer (adds a block of padding anywhere you want) and Stickies (adds notes for people who are logged in, great for pages that require specific tasks that are easy to forget).
Update: Almost forgot the "Browser Update Notification" Add On. A great project stemming from the people at http://browser-update.org .

its been out about 2 hours or so ;) i believe a total of 5 addons were approved today
So, earlier I heard someone mention how C5 5.4.1 will be faster. Is this speed attributed to the new Xclydes Utilities and Google CDN Add On's or is this something entirely different?
Seems like adding both of these to the core would make sense--unless something else is planned.

im working on an addon to replace the galleria addon as that addon tends to be buggy, and has quite a few restrictions,
5.4.1 uses a new static html cache, it has nothing to do with the new addons released,
ill try to make a post whenever addons are released

This addon is an amazing addon, and can really make the difference in page load time,
