I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to achieve. Are you looking to back-up your page, copy it for another use, or move it? You can download Data for a page via ftp but to my knowledge, the finished page is created for viewing "on the fly" (it doesn't actually exist on its own).
To print out a page you can either use Adobe and create PDFs or a free add-on like Print My Page.
Let us know a little more of what you need please.
