Gallery with multiple rows as a carousel

Hey everyone

I was hoping for some guidance if anyone knows the best way to achieve a gallery carousel like the attached screenshot. I've looked at the plugins in the marketplace and haven't found anything that will work in the design format I've attached.

I've bought the Whale Owl Carousel but doesn't allow multi-row as an option.

Ideally I'd like to be able to select individual logos/icons and add an extra bit of styling such as the 'Case Study' and outline then linkable to either a internal or external URL.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You might not find anything that's exactly what you want, but what you could do is pick a block that allows you to add the images, text and page links you need. Then what you'd do is develop a custom template for the block that formats the images and text as you require. You would need to get your hands dirty with PHP though.

The standard image slider block is a good candidate to start with.
